Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I bought an as is home, however, there is evidence that a leak I found has been going on for awhile. They are supposed to disclose items like that. Can I sue them for this in order to make the home safe? There is possible mold also. I live in Florida.

You must have had an inspection period. If you did, than you likely waived any rights. Have someone review your contract and closing. Did they sign an affidavit negating any knowledge about such problems? If so, you may have a claim because of that
