Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I bought a home on the foreclosure sale in Brevard County FL . I need a writ of possession to evict the owner ASAP. Do I need a lawyer for that or can I do it myself? Any lawyers in Brevard County?

You need an attorney. Someone has to review the final judgment to make sure that it provides for your entitlement to that document.

You evict a tenant, not a former owner. Retain counsel as this can take months .
