Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
bought a home 1 yr ago.I used a real estate agent and had inspection,the flooring that the previous owners put down was recalled by lumber liqudaitors and the air test came back over legal amount.What can I do?

Your closing likely ended your claims against the former owner, but without seeing your paperwork it would be impossible to know. You may still have a claim against lumbar liquidators as the current owner of the house and flooring.

Unless you can prove the prior owner knew of the defect and failed to disclose, you have no valid claim against them.
