Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I bought a house at HOA auction and found afterwards mortgage still on it....judgement says that house is to be bought free of anyone for and against the defendant....does that eliminate mortage?

No it does not wipe out the mortgage. The mortgage is likely superior to the HOA lien.
