Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I bought a house 3years ago and have had no problems getting house insurance until now due to the insurance lady accidentally marking that we knew there was a sinkhole which the form was then returned I initial next to it correcting that I never knew of a sinkhole. That made citizens do an investigation and come to find out that they themselves paid out a lump sum of $115,000 for a sinkhole claim back in 2004. Can I sue the seller for not disclosing the sinkhole and citizens for not properly filing papers and marking it as a sinkhole house?
