Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I bought a mobile home in a park I do not own the land. I bought #2 mobile in same park I will live in I have not sold #1 yet I am told I have to pay lot rent on both places till one is sold. I signed a lease in 2009 for #1 can he throw me out of the park if I do not pay I am willing to sign #1 over to him free and clear.

Your leases should be independent contracts, and neither tied to performance under the other contract. If your #2 mobile payment is paid and not in default, then you have the right to continue to occupy under that current lease. If #1 is in default, the park owner has all the rights under that contract to whatever remedy involves #1. On the other hand, he may not be willing to extend contract #2 when it comes due.
