Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I bought a 2001 mustang from a a guy and less than 30 day the car broke down come to find i got a carfax report on the car and it said the last odometer witch was june 2011 the car had 145000 miles but the car has 95000 miles on the dash bord now
