Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If I bought a television and laptop as a gift for my girlfriend and gave her gift receipts for the property, what are the chances that I will get the property back in small claims coourt if the relationship ends and i prove that I am still paying for the property and have all original receipts that I purchased them and it is causing financial hardship on me. I also paid rent for her apartment for 6 months; however, we were both on the lease.
