bought before trailer park turned into 55+ park

We bought a trailer before the park became a 55+ park. we were harrased and sued over numerous things until we ran out of money and had no choice but to move. we are still paying for the loan and lot rent and cant find a buyer we have until november to sell per the court then the park pays to have the trailer dimanteld and stored until we find a place to put it. we are also responsible for the cost of the that. can u help us? please

Try giving it to a real estate broker to sell or rent.
