me and my boyfriend bought a car together just a cheap 600.00 car.. both of our names are on this car.. now he left me and i am stuck with no vehicle, and I have my 3 kids to get to school, docs... etc.. do i have any rights to the car..

Yes, if your name is on the title. You can sue him for 1/2 the value of the car (at the time he took it) or $300. Take him to small claims court.
