Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I let my boyfriend move into my home. He quit his job and doesn't help out. Can I kick him out or do I need to give him notice. He says he has no where to go so I can't.

He is an Invitee, so Invite him out. If he hasn't been paying rent or equivalent, then he is not a tenant. If he doesn't leave you could call the police if he doesn't voluntarily leave since he is trespassing. But be careful, especially if there are more facts then you presented. I will assume he is no longer your boyfriend just an unwanted guest.
