my boyfriend and i both have our names on the titles to a car and a truck which i am currentlly paying for both of them what can i do to prevent him from taking both of them and not letting me use them?

You may have to sue him in Circuit court for injunctive relief, or an order to sell the vehicles and divide the money. If the two of you can't agree as to the use of the vehicles, then the court will make the decision for you...It will cost you money, and it's likely that neither of you will be happy with the end result.
