Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My ex boyfriend purchase a house for me in his name with cash. no mortgage attached. he wrote a notarized letter stating upon his demise the house will fully be mine.
should i record this notarized letter in the local court house? also i request for him to sign a power of attorney with "durable" stating into it. is there anything i am missing to protect myself fully? please help me with this matter. thanking you in advance. patrice
