how to break a lease with my business? My neighbors have been harassing me

Breaking a lease because of your neighbor is not likely going to happen. First, your written lease agreement will control your rights and obligations. Start there. Hire an attorney. Second, you have an implied right of quiet enjoyment of your leasehold. If that is being disrupted you may have some actions you can take.
