Need to break a lease due to mold and job transfer to another state can i get my last months rent and security deposit back ,.also kn ow that the house i am renting is going into forclosure. paid in june for a/c repair in lue of rent for july because landlord could not afford.

You can't break a lease due to job transfer. You can compel the landlord to remediate the mold issue. The foreclosure does not relieve you of your obligations under the lease. Until the house goes to auction, you are still obligated to make payments to the landlord in accordance with the terms of your lease.
