Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Breaking a lease due to relocation

I am currently leasing an apartment and have recently accepted a job offer in another state. When I signed my lease I gave a non-refundable deposit of $675.00, the lease also states that if I break the lease I must pay $750.00. Is there a law that allows me to terminate the lease without being penalized due to unforseen things like relocation? Please advise.I

Any law on breaking a lease due to relocation.

Facts: currently leasing an apartment and have recently accepted a job offer in another state. lease states that if I break the lease I must pay $750.00.

Q. Is there a law that allows me to terminate the lease without being penalized due to unforseen things like relocation?

A. The only citcumstance I have seen where you could terminate for relocation is where it is part of the lease and it generally carries a termination fee. This is more likely if you are in the military and subject to transfer.
