Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My brother and I own a condo together. I have been living there for the past 6yrs.

I have done several upgrades to the condo (Hurricane Shutters, New A/C unit, wood floors). When we sell the condo do I get more money back than him since I have paid for all the upgrades, instead of a 50/50 split?

You have an equitable lien for the cost of the improvements.
