Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Brother and I on 2 deeds in Florida, both deeds are joint tenants with rights of survivorship. Brother died in 2017 and I would like to remove his name before I sell. What forms do I need to submit to the county clerk of court? Anything else I need? There was no will, no probate necessary. No mortgage.

You need a death certificate, but you do not need his name removed in order to sell the property.
