Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My brothers and I have inherited 70 acres of unimproved land in Geneva Co AL. The property lies on the Pea river with 50 acres on one bank with road access and easement. 20 acres are on the other side of the river with no apparent easement except for crossing the river. The twenty acre parcel is not separated by deed from the other 50 ac and is bounded by land deeded to the
State of AL. My question is how can we secure an easement to this isolated parcel of property?
