Bugs in My Home
In my lease, the landlord states that they are not responsible for pest control. We have ants in our home that are getting in our food and coming from the walls. Is this legal?

The landlord is responsible for pest control unless the lease you signed says differently. In that case I would contact the local health dept. to see if they have any laws to compel the landlord to correct this health problem.
