Builder Forced me to close too soon
After taking 1 1/2 yrs to build my 3/2.5 townhome, I was rushed into closing on my unit.
It has been 3 weeks since the closing and they still do not have available my garage door key, mailbox key, access to clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis court has yet to be built.
Do I have any kind of case here? I was hoping that they could credit me somehow.

Most developer contracts state that those items raised in your email will not be sufficient to prevent or delay the closing. Read your contract, and in the meantime contact your builder via certified mail and voice your complaints. Good luck,
