Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Building a new home on a lot that I own free and clear ( have title). When this home is completed, and I make the final payment to the builder (home is not mortgaged), is there any other legal process
I need to do, to show that this lot now has a home on it?

Your builder must apply for municipal permits and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for you. I assume you signed a contract. Good luck.
