Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My building( on which I owned an apartment) and the one in front, has been invaded by undesirable tenants. I hear an investor owns 15 units in our community and has rented them to government aided individuals who hang out on the parking lot all day, drinking shirtless, talking very loudly and doing other types of activities which I am sure are not permitted in the Condo's bylaws. Tonight I arrived late ( 2:00 AM) and the parking lot looked like a busy commercial boulevard. Security in the building ignores this behavior and the association does not seem to want to confront the situation. How do we kick these people out of our community?

It is up to your Board to enforce the assoc. rules on all residents.
Seek help from an association attorney. The Board needs to apply the rules and you can force them to do their job.
