Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm about to buy a home, the seller is asking to stay one week after closing. I do not mind but am wondering how protect my self legally incase they try to extend or not move out

The way to protect yourself in any closing is to hire an attorney and have them handle the closing for you
