Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am trying to buy a mobile home from a private owner now I find out the Mobile home title is not in her name went to DMV and they would not except the title now she's wanting to take me to court for lack of payment but owner will not give me any paperwork or contract of sale I have already paid her over 700 dollars what are my rights as a buyer

impossible to answer any questions without seeing the paperwork involved. it is unlikely she will be successful in suing you if she cannot transfer legal ownership of the mobile home and that is what is contemplated by your agreement. she may be entitled to some rental value of the home for the time that you have had it. keep that in mind.
