We buyed house in Florida.What we have to do,if we want to transcribe the house to our daughter name

You need to have a deed prepared in which you grant title of the home to you your daughter. However, there is a mortgage on the home, then it becomes more difficult. You should consult with an attorney in the area who handles real estate matters.
