Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Am I able to let the buyer be responsible for property taxes,home owners insurance in a contract for deed or lease with option agreement? I'm sorry all the legal wording is confusing.I want to be protected along with the buyer being protected also..Your help so much appreciated.

All terms are negotiable. So yes you can put into the contract who will pay for these, or other expenses. However, they have to agree to those terms.
