Buyer vs. Seller

I bought my house Sept. 16, 2002. It has been a little over a year and from the very beginning-my roof has been leaking in 3 different spots. There is no way they did not know because they lived there the hour up to closing. The sellers never disclosed this to me and didnot indicate it on the sellers disclosure. Is it possible for me to bring suit against them? I sent a certified letter to them when I first noticed but still no response... Pleae advise

If you can prove they knew about the leak and failed to disclose you can make a claim. An inspection should have found the leak prior to the purchase.
