Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If you are buying a condo. from someone who bought it at an auction and the condo

assos. requires an acceptance letter in order to close; if the seller owes back maint. fees, assessments, interest, late fees, and attorney fees and is willing to pay them in full at closing but also files a lawsuit against the HOA to get some of the money

back he feels he doesn't owe-------- the question is Can the HOA not approve the buyer because of the lawsuit even though the seller is paying everything in full and stop the sale??????

If the HOA is paid, no. But that doesn.t mean they won't try .
