We are "buying out" co-owners share of a condo. What do we have to do to get their names off the deed?

Hire an attorney to do the correct paperwork and lien searches. Should not be a large fee, but it will be worthwhile.

Sellers will sign a new deed to buyers. A title policy is a good idea.
