Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I currently am buying a home (it is under contract) for purposed of fixing it up to resell. The Current Seller provided me with a disclosure that stated that the home had a settlement which had been cured. This settlement issue occurred under the previous Owner almost ten years prior. They have the paperwork showing the scope of the repairs that were done.

My question is: Since this settlement issue and curation occurred two owners ago (I will be the third owner since the issue) will I still be required to disclose this once I go to sell the home.
