Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Buying a home with a friend who is married. Title company says his wife has to sign to acknowledge the mortgage. We can't find her. What can we do?

Hire an attorney to deal with the title company and their requirements. The lender can make their own requirements but there should be a way to get passed that.
