Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We are buying house and had an inspection, there were problems with the drainage of yard and put on the inspection to be fixed. If homeowner does not fix and they knew of problem but did not disclose it in contact, are we obligated to go thru with the sale and do we get our unrest money returned?
