Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

after buying/closing on vacant property in wakulla county, fl i went to courthouse to begin process of getting building permits, etc. i was then told by county officials that the property is in a flood risk zone. i received no disclosure statement from seller or closing agent, nor was i told by either that property was in a flood zone. can i get my down payment ($4000)back and "null and void" the mortgage on remaining balance($4500)?
