Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Cancelling a Contract

We signed a contract to sell our property and found out that two pages on the contract where not initialed by the buyer 1)items we were leaving and not leaving(things changed) 2) the last page where the signatures are below the Effective date(which was left blank) acknowledging receipt of that page with acceptance to the offer. it was not initialed by buyer or us(sellers). Is this contract binding and can we get out of it? Also their escrow check has not cleared funds according to the escrow agent.

Re: Cancelling a Contract

Mere absence of initials on the pages received will not void the contract. If the deposit check bounces, that would.
