Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hello, my car wheels got stolen yesterday, now it was inside of my condo parking lot and the owner of the place refuse to put any cameras on the place, so the police couldn't do much. I want to know if he is responsible for the damage to the property and if I can sue him for the value of the tires and the rims which were custom.

The owner of the condo lot? I dont think you have valuable claim to pursue against the owner for the car wheels, unfortunately. If you had personal injuries, the intangible nature of those injuries could potentially justify pursuit of the case, but the wheels alone would not. You would have to establish a pattern of such behavior in the area justifying the duty to provide cameras and that the cameras would have prevented your particular loss. That would require expert testimony which would cost far more than the wheels.
