if a case has been dismissed can it be retried

I sued realitor for flooding my land. 3days in jury trail. Jury was out Judge came in, dismissed case. Said realitor did not own land flooding mind.Realitor still owns property according to tax papers and county.Filed suit in 1996 circuit court.Question, can I file this suit again in the same court?

1. If judge made error you can file an appeal within 30 days.

2. No, the statue of limitations has expired.
