Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
The ceiling in one of the rooms collapsed caused by defective AC installed by the landlord. It took him a while to fix the hole, and since then the bill for the electric jumped 300 dollars after he messed with the AC. Do I have any legal action I can take due to the improper care of the ducts causing the air to leak out and run up my bill?

Perhaps, but the cost of proving up these claims if you filed suit is way more than the loss you have incurred. make a demand, but be prepared to have to eat the cost as the court system does not provide an adequate remedy.
