Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I sent a certified letter to my tenants 35 days ago asking them to vacate the property in 30 days from the receipt of hte letter because I need the property for the use of an immediate family member. The 30 days are up this week. How do I go about enforcing my letter and getting them to vacate the property.

If they have lease, you can't.

Assuming there is a lease, you can only terminate in accordance to the lease, and per Florida Statute.

If the lease has not expired, you can't make them to vacate unless they have violated the lease.

If the lease has expired, the notice you gave isn't even close to what Florida Statute requires.

In either case you need an attorney to review and advise. Otherwise, unless the tenant voluntarily leaves, you probably won't do it correctly.
