Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Can we be charged "property tax" for licensing on software (not the software, licensing only) per a lease done in Philadelphia, PA? We went through a leasing company (per the software companies recommendation for a promotion for free interest rate to finance the license agreement. There is no property involved, but they are trying to charge us "property tax". We are located in Florida, the leasing company is in Pennsylvania.

What does the EULA state about this property tax? Ask the company for more information about what this tax is and why you should pay it.
