Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
charging lien
I have heard two attorneys allude to the fact that there may be a statute of limitation on a charging lien on real property. Can you confirm this and refer me to the appropriate FL statute governing this? Thank you

Re: charging lien
Nope. I don't know what you are referring to when you inquire about a "charging" lien. Generally you may want to refer to Fla. Stat. 95.11 and Chapter 713.
