Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Church parking lot as private property

I live in a rural area and ride a motorcycle (licensed for over 15 years). There are no malls or large parking areas nearby to practice my slow speed riding techniques. I would like to go to a church parking lot nearby to practice my riding technique (slow speed turns, figure eights, etc - all low speed stuff only, basic handling at slow speed). I was told to ask first whether in fact I could do this legally as a church parking lot might be considered private property. Wanted to check legality of this before doing it. Thank you!!

Re: Church parking lot as private property

Of course it is private property. When someone gets hurt on church property, who do you think they will hold responsible? the government? the public? In fact, if you get hurt, you will probably try to find some reason to hold the church responsible.
