Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My city is not listed. I live in Coral Springs. I got a mtg modification, but it took 9 months. It was too little too late. My condo assn is ready to forclose on me on 11/5/09. I have cancer & am going through chemotherapy. How long will I have till I am homeless?

That depends on when they obtain a court order ordering you to vacate.
