we have a civil lawsuit w/a bank or debt collector for a unpaid equity line loan in which the house was lost to foreclosure. What are the possible outcomes if we dont pay. Also could there be a judgement to the owner 's business corporation. Should they change articles of incorp to get their name off. Person is 65 yoa

If the owner is a corporation with no assets, the judgment is worthless. A corpation can dissolve and reform under another name.
