Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i have a client interested in purchasing a property and would like the deed to be in his name as well as the woman he is with- they are not married and they are foreigners (venesuala). They want to make sure that if one dies the other will get it without the hefty tax. how much does this cost to make a trust.
