Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was given clients from another realtor (because they didnt wsnt to deal with residential)that wants to sell their home. In the meanwhile, I helped them find a home for them to move in. The realtor wants a fee off the house that I have listed and the home the clients are buying. Is this legal?

Assuming you are a licensed real estate agent, you should be familiar with Florida's laws related to sharing real estate commissions. You should also be familiar with local practices related to referral/finder fees.
