Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We closed on a foreclosed home on November 20. We have all the paperwork. Today is November 23 and they will not give us the keys because the HUD has to be approved??

Is it illegal for us to hire a locksmith to get into the house?

Look at your contract. The rights for possession will be there.
