Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My coa has sent my account to an attorney and the states that if I don't pay approximately $1400, they will but a lien on the property within 30 days of the date on the letter. Also, I have a private money loan. An agency stated that they would pay the months that I was behind. However, the lender has not received the payment. Previously, the lender threaten foreclosure through text messages. Someone that I barely know and is not an attorney said that he could put a lien on the condo. I don't know if I should trust him. Please give me advice.

Your question cannot be answered as it is too confusing. A lien can be placed for non payment. If you had a lender who did not pay you may have a claim. If that same lender is suing you it sounds like you received the funds. Seek legal help with all your paperwork.

Not unless the lender obtains a judgment against you.
