Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I was coerced to buy into a Timeshare last February with Hilton Garden Vacation Club (HGV) in Orlando, Florida. The contract stipulates they can cancel the contract once they receive 20% of the selling price. I have asked they repeatedly to do this and they will not as I feel they misrepresented it as NOT a timeshare. How do I get HGV Club to cancel the contract?

Have an attorney review your contract. Courts are not particularly sympathetic toward high pressure sales tactics, and state statutes provide some protection. Did you "ask" in writing? You may contact me via this web site to discuss your situation further.
