Commercial Lease Termination Agreement Form

I need a commercial termination agreement for the state of Fl. I notice there is one at legalforms but it does not state whether it is residential or commercial. What is the best way to proceed. This termination by the way is mutual for both parties. I am the landlord / owner of the property.

Both parties can agree, in writing, to terminate the lease. Doesn't matter whether it is commercial or otherwise. However, the actual rescission agreement should be drafted by a lawyer.
